In 1936 Hans
Julius Bauer, thrilled by the prospects of the growing german
optical industry, founded a trade company as a
sales-representation for such respected companys such as Ernst
Leitz (Leica) and Gossen. At that time he could not be aware of
the development his company took over the decades. Today - as a
specialist for sport optics - we sell a wide range of optical
products, always combined with the ambition to offer the best
possible value for money.

never changed during all that years: technology innovations allow
us again and again to aquire an even more detailled, brilliant
look on nature! The basic construction principles are more or less
the same, but new lens coatings, fluoride-containing lenses,
